Page still under construction overview of upcoming themes below
This page gathers texts, tools, and ideas that shape my thinking and writing. It is not intended to be exhaustive, but to offer a curated entry point into the questions that animate my work: self-actualization, neurodivergent-inclusive practice, higher education transformation, and the systems we live and learn within.

Resources
Neurodivergent-inclusive practice
This strand of my work explores how higher education can become more responsive to different ways of thinking, learning, and being. These resources inform both my academic and practical work.
Student Futures
… and Higher Education Transformation.
This strand brings together work on how higher education can support more meaningful, equitable, and self-authored futures for students, beyond narrow narratives of success.
Learning, identity, and meaning-making
These resources explore learning as an identity-shaping and meaning-making process, and how educational experiences contribute to people’s ongoing stories of who they are and might become.
Teaching, identity, and becoming
This strand focuses on the identities of educators and the lived experience of teaching, and gathers work on what it means to become and remain a teacher within contemporary higher education.
Coaching and self-coaching
These materials offer coaching and self-coaching tools for reflecting on identity, values, and agency, and for navigating systems in ways that remain attentive to human flourishing.
Systems thinking and institutional culture
I am interested in how institutional systems shape the possibilities for learning, agency, and flourishing. The resources here help me think about culture, structure, power, and change within higher education.
Writing, reflection, and research practice
This strand gathers materials on writing, reflection, and research practice as intertwined ways of thinking and becoming, and on how we live with and organise our scholarly work.
